Lundyn earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating with Highest Pro Bono Distinction and receiving certificates in Intellectual Property and Genomics & Biotechnology. Throughout her time in law school, she participated in the Lisa Foundation Patent Law Clinic and participated in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, where she taught high school students essential constitutional principles in preparation for mock trial competitions.

Licensed to practice in Arizona, D.C., and New Mexico, Lundyn has dedicated her career to achieving outcomes that safeguard what is most important. Her professional achievements include successfully resolving breach of contract claims accompanied by attorneys’ fees awards, negotiating favorable settlements for wrongfully discharged federal employees, defending and obtaining severance of parental rights, and obtaining protective orders against hostile third parties in coparents’ homes. Notably, Lundyn successfully fought to invalidate a decades-old decree to liberate a client from a non-modifiable, lifelong spousal maintenance obligation.

While in law school, Lundyn concentrated her studies on business and transactional law, securing one of her earliest legal roles as a transactional law clerk at a respected local firm. There, she received hands-on training and mentorship from attorneys she continues to hold in the highest regard to this day. Her professional foundation was built on contracts, compliance, and practical legal problem-solving for real-world businesses. After that, Lundyn went on to work at a firm where she spearheaded the federal litigation department, which provided her with unparalleled motions practice experience and litigation strategies.

Eventually, that led to Lundyn finding her way into a family law practice where she helped hundreds of clients navigate the complexities of familial transitions with the unique understanding of business law and formal motions practice that can be rare with family law attorneys in Arizona. That focus aligned naturally with her roots since Lundyn comes from a family of small business owners in the childcare industry, where she held various roles from her teenage years into adulthood. That experience shaped her understanding of the intersection between business, family dynamics, and child safety.
